As a well-respected cancer leader, researcher, and advocate, Dr. Knudsen guides the organization on our mission to save lives, celebrate lives, and lead the fight for a world without cancer. Prior to joining ACS, Dr. Knudsen served as executive vice president of Oncology Services and enterprise director for Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center at Jefferson Health, one of only 71 National Cancer Institute-designated cancer centers recognized for their research and impact on cancer outcomes. Friends of Hockessin Colored School 107, a 509(a)(2) Public Charity, to build a new website that showcases the school’s vision for the future. The building and grounds will be used as a living history for K-12 students, offer Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) workshops focused on promoting inclusion & social equity awareness, and provide a community meeting space for social infrastructure strategies.

There are two ways a business school can raise a quick bit of cash without lifting a finger. The first is a robust online degree program; the second is conjuring a bunch of newly-made-up certifications offered in short “executive education” courses at staggering cost.
While neither may in practice require much effort on the part of the offering institution, they do require two other key elements: reputation, and a willingness to give a little of it up or otherwise prostitute it in service of profit which, after all, is what business schools are there to teach.
