Prosecutors at Allen County officially pressed charges against Joseph D. Bossard on Tuesday, February 16, 2021. The 32-year-old was accused of shooting three men at the Fort Wayne gas station this past week. Besides one count of attempted murder and 2 counts of murder charges, Bossard faces aggravated battery and criminal recklessness charges.
According to the police activity log, Fort Wayne Police set out to the area, after an unknown situation was reported. Before arriving, there was a shooting at the gas station.
Along Hobson Road, the officers came across a car wherein were three young men suffering from bullet wounds. The car had broken down into a bank of snow. Two of the men were declared dead, while the remaining one was rushed to the hospital.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA21) - One person was found dead inside an apartment in the 600 block of Candlelite Court Sunday morning and police are investigating.
Around 1:10 a.m., Fort Wayne Police and medics responded to a report of an unconscious person.
As soon as arrived to the scene and located an adult female unconscious, he was then pronounced deceased.
Because there was very little information surrounding this death and no witnesses, homicide detectives were summoned to the scene to investigate and document the scene.
Anyone with any information is asked to contact police. The identity of the decedent, as well as the cause and manner of death, will be released by the Allen County Coroner’s Office if and when appropriate to do so.
