FORT ATKINSON, Wis. Less than one year after a major surgery a young girl and her family in Fort Atkinson need help finding her therapy dog.
The family has been looking for their lost golden retriever since he ran off on the Fourth of July when he broke through his collar, startled by a neighbor’s fireworks.
“He means a lot to us so if he’s out there and somebody has him we need him back,” said 17-year-old Natalie Kammer.
For the Kammer’s their golden retriever Mulligan is more than a pet. He represents a light at the end of a long tunnel.
