DESPITE Owen Ndlovu’s legal threats, Ukhozi FM has announced its year end Top 10 to be voted for by listeners.
Making the announcement on Sigiya Ngengoma on Saturday, Ukhozi FM acting station manager Sbongi Ngcobo reassured listeners that they will not be stopped from playing the Song of the Year this year.
Last year, the station was interdicted by Owen of Michael Owen Productions from announcing and playing the Song of the Year and the Top 10.

They broke up in the late 1960s, and Chad eventually settled in the U.S. Jeremy concentrated on acting roles in England. They briefly reunited for a 2003 PBS special and toured occasionally until Stuart retired in 2016.
According to the Chad and Jeremy Facebook page, Stuart died of non-COVID-related pneumonia after being hospitalized after a recent fall. The post read, The family would like to thank his fans from around the world for the outpouring of birthday wishes and gifts he received every year. Chad took the time to read each and every card. The world has lost a legend today, but his voice will continue to touch our lives through his music.

Chad Stuart, the bespectacled half of the British Invasion-era
Chad and Jeremy, died December 20, 2020. The cause was pneumonia. Stuart turned 79 on Dec. 10.
The duo is known for such ’60s hits as “Yesterday’s Gone,” “A Summer Song” and “Willow Weep for Me,”
The exact place of Stuart’s death has not yet been made public. Stuart’s death was confirmed in a post on the duo’s Facebook page, which reads:
“We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Chad Stuart, a father, a husband, a brother, a grandfather, a friend, a mentor, a teacher and an inspiration to many. Chad developed pneumonia (non-Covid related) after he was admitted to the hospital due to a fall. We ask for love, celebration but also space while the family adjusts to life without this incredible force.
