DEERFIELD, NY – New York GOP Gubernatorial candidate Mike Carpinelli made a stop in Oneida County Monday evening.
The Lewis County Sheriff, who announced his candidacy for New York State Governor last June, spoke at a meeting of the Shooter s Committee on Political Education or SCOPE in Deerfield. The meeting was held at the Fraternal Order of Eagles Club on Cosby Manor Road.
The IDA has approved a Payment in Lieu of Taxes agreement for the project, which will move the firm’s Utica facility to Schuyler, according to Piseck. This is a local company that’s expanding and growing, he said. “That’s what these PILOT agreements are for.”
