Charities must publish their top earners names, pay and salary justification within two clicks of their home page, a former charity boss has said.
In the wake of a Telegraph investigation which found that hundreds were paying their bosses more than the Prime Minister earns, charities have been warned that they need to address fat cat pay in order to maintain public trust in the sector.
