The University of Windsor will host an on-campus community COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Friday, August 6, from 10am to 3pm in the Faculty of Education parking lot near the corner of California and University Ave.
Health cards are not required for vaccination and the clinic will be outdoors and barrier-free. First and second mRNA vaccines will be available to anyone ages 12 and up, and language support, refreshments, and free onsite parking will be available.
“This is an important initiative, and we are inviting everyone to attend not only members of the UWindsor community but anyone who has not yet been fully vaccinated. We know that vaccination is our only option in fighting COVID and it’s vital that as many people as possible get their jab,” said says UWindsor President and Vice-Chancellor Rob Gordon.
