As reported by TMZ, the Compton-bred rapper stopped by Los Angeles’ Amity Foundation House on Friday to speak with recently released prisoners who were serving life sentences. As part of his visit, YG blessed the ex-inmates with pairs of his Block Runner sneakers released under his 4Hunnid imprint. “I grew up out here in the streets, and I feel like I just wanna give back to the people .” he told the men, who are staying at AFH as they try to get back on their feet. “I’m doing my own shoes, so it’s only right I let the community get some show some love to the community and the people. YG and Mozzy, 42 Dugg, Young Nudy, More - New Projects This Week

California s own YG and Mozzy have teamed up for their effort,  Kommunity Service. The album, which has a cover art that pays homage to the late DMX and his 1998 film,  Belly, with Nas, features appearances from G Herbo, Young M.A, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Tyga, Ty Dolla $ign and Blxst, who appears on Perfect Timing, the first single from the LP.
