The case of a man facing impaired-related charges in connection to the death of a seven-year-old girl and injuries suffered by her two siblings has been adjourned into the new year.
Ben Leveille, 34, was charged with impaired driving causing death, criminal negligence causing death, impaired driving causing bodily harm, criminal negligence causing bodily harm and two counts of driving while under suspension after being involved in a crash on July 27 in the Jacob Road and Given Line area just west of Pain Court.
