This Ain’t Bristol eventually released a statement addressing their indefinite cease of operations and enlightened their audience with the reality that most if not all of their catalogue would be disappearing due to legal/contractual issues.
One year later and it looks like This Ain’t Bristol is ready for a comeback with newfound determination. Their post from last month details a general idea of what their leadership will consist of moving forward.

TAMPA â Trash collection is primed to get pricier in Hillsborough County.
For the second consecutive year, Hillsborough County is planning to increase its residential trash assessments by more than 20 percent. If approved, after a scheduled public hearing on Aug. 4, the two solid waste and disposal fees would increase $63.47 on Oct. 1. That is a nearly 22 percent increase over the current assessments of just less than $290.

Four San Antonio partnerships sought refuge in bankruptcy two years ago to stop foreclosure actions on their apartment complexes.
The partnerships, Terravista Corp. affiliates, weren’t able to hang on to the properties through the bankruptcy process. They ended up selling them to a Los Angeles nonprofit for what Terravista says was a “fire sale” price almost $42 million combined in a deal the court approved last year.
