When swim coach Kyle Daniels took the stand in the NSW District Court this week to deny he inappropriately touched nine young female students, he told the court there was no possibility he could have done so by accident.
With the prosecution beginning its closing address on Thursday, the jury has been urged to infer from Mr Daniels own evidence that if the touching did in fact occur, it must have been deliberate.
