Minnesota State University Moorhead, Minnesota State Community and Technical College (M State) and Concordia College are awaiting updates from the Minnesota Department of Health. Gov. Tim Walz was slated to lift the mask mandate by July 1, depending on when 70% of Minnesota adults received their first shot.
MSUM, Concordia and M State said they would consult health officials to determine when mask mandates on campus could be lifted.
