The Kebbi State Police Command has ahead of the coming Eid-el-Fitr celebration sent warning signals to potential trouble makers, hoodlums across the state to behave themselves and stay away from trouble or have themselves to blame.

Tribune Online by the Police Public Relation Officer (PPRO) of the Command, Nafiu Abubakar (DSP).
“We warn potential trouble makers, hoodlums and other men of the underworld to avoid engaging in unlawful activities as measures are in place to bring them to justice,” the statement read.

The Kebbi State Police Command, on Monday, confirmed the killing of a Divisional Police Officer (DPO), eight other policemen and two ‘Yan Sa-Kai operatives during a gun duel with suspected bandits in Sakaba Local Government Areas of the state.
The Command’s Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Nafi’u Abubakar, disclosed this to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Birnin Kebbi.
Abubakar said: “DPO Sakaba, eight other policemen and two ‘yan-sa-kais lost their lives during a gun duel with the bandits on Sunday at about 14:30 hours.”

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission(EFCC), Ibadan Zonal Office has arrested 57 suspected internet fraudsters at their hotel hideouts in Ilaro area of Ogun State.
A statement by the EFCC spokesperson, Wilson Uwujaren said the suspects were arrested on Friday in an operation that followed actionable intelligence linking them to alleged fraudulent activities.
The anti graft agency said the activities of the fraudsters range from love scam on numerous dating sites, obtaining money by false pretense and other cybercrimes.
The EFCC said two pump action rifles, four exotic cars, mobile phones, laptops and several incriminating documents were recovered from the suspects.
