Robert Macklin, U.S.N. Retired, Robin Macklin and Barbara Macklin at the swearing-in ceremony. Robert Macklin had the pleasure of officiating at the swearing in of his son, Robin Macklin, at Jacksonville Naval AIr Station on May 22nd. Mr Macklin is a retired Navy Captain. Robin is a junior at Florida State University. He will serve with the Navy for two summers at Pensacola and then receive his commission as an ensign. He will then enter two years of flight school before winning his Navy wings of gold. Nixon’s here President Nixon, Pat and Tricia sent the weekend on Key Biscayne, arriving late Thursday and leaving Monday afternoon. Aside from working hours, Mr. Nixon spent a brief period in the Bahamas, toured Cape Florida and Crandon Parks with Mr. Rebozo, and took a boat tour up the Miami River Sunday afternoon.
