The North of Falcon (NOF) process is in the act of finishing up, and the 2021 salmon seasons are being fleshed out.
The NOF is the annual process of dividing the available catch of salmon in the ocean and rivers north of Cape Falcon, Ore., between stakeholders and is set for completion on Tuesday, April 13.

While many of them line the 363 miles of the stateâs rugged coastline, others highlight wild rivers and gorges, dense forests, and sheer cliffs, all parts of the natural wonders of the state. Youâll find them in every corner of the state, from the Cascade Mountains to the Columbia River Gorge, and in the high desert, but predominantly on the incomparable Oregon coast.
Given the overwhelming number of state parks here, one in a more exquisite setting than the next, it is hard to choose only a few to highlight.
