Impact Wrestling Viewership Up From Last Week, Drops In Key Demo

Thursday’s new edition of Impact Wrestling, featuring Moose vs. James Storm in the main event, drew 123,000 viewers on AXS TV, according to Showbuzz Daily. The show drew a 0.04 rating in the key 18-49 demographic.
This was the fifth Impact episode to air on Thursday nights.
This week’s Impact ranked #125 on the Cable Top 150 for the key demo, and ranked #137 for the night on cable in viewership.
These numbers are up from last week’s post-Rebellion episode, which drew 120,000 viewers with a 0.05 rating in the key demo. Last week’s show ranked #112 on the Cable Top 150 for the key demo, and #130 for the night on cable in viewership.

Viewership for AEW Dynamite managed to bounce back after last week’s episode fell below 900,000 viewers mainly due to President Joe Biden delivering his first address to a joint session of Congress. Last night’s show finished with 1.090 million viewers, which is up from the April 28 episode’s audience of 889,000 viewers.

Wednesday’s Blood & Guts edition of AEW Dynamite drew 1.090 million viewers on TNT, according to Nielsen via Showbuzz Daily.

This AEW viewership is up 22.6% from last week’s show, which drew 889,000 viewers for the Blood & Guts go-home show.

Tuesday’s live edition of WWE NXT on the USA Network drew 761,000 viewers on the USA Network, according to Nielsen via Showbuzz Daily.
It should be noted that this was the fourth NXT episode to air on Tuesday nights, with no head-to-head competition from AEW Dynamite. The show featured a Street Fight for the NXT Women’s Tag Team Titles, which saw The Way’s Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell capture the straps from Ember Moon and Shotzi Blackheart. Finn Balor also returned on the show, making his first appearance since losing the NXT Title to Karrion Kross at “Takeover: Stand and Deliver” in April.
