Hickman grounded in community

Hickman grounded in community Share Craig Hickman is exactly the kind of person we need in Augusta right now.  Craig’s background as a Maine House representative for eight years, as a farmer and businessman, and as a community builder make him an ideal candidate for Senate District 14. Lea Girardin and I helped Craig in his first campaign by going door to door, and the responses we got to his candidacy were consistently positive and welcoming. This says a lot in a time when political polarization can often make our interactions with each other tense. The combination of his previous experience as a legislator, and his ongoing work as a farmer and writer make Craig both grounded in his local community, aware of the difficulties small businesses are facing in the pandemic, and supportive of the issues facing Maine on a statewide basis.
