AX Armani Exchange Milan was able to play that advantage when it called on 2013-14 EuroLeague MVP Sergio Rodriguez with 5 minutes left and he led a closing 2-10 charge for his team s first-ever victory over Anadolu Efes in Istanbul, 69-72, on Thursday night. Chacho , as Rodriguez is affectionately known, scored his only two baskets of the game and dished 2 of his 8 assists in the closing stretch to carry Milan to the victory. When Coach Ettore Messina called his number, Efes led by three and Bryant Dunston would soon score to make it 67-62.
