Good morning, and thank you for joining us today, for a review of our fourth quarter and full year 2020 results as well as a discussion regarding our outlook for 2021. I m joined this morning by Steve Cahillane, our Chairman and CEO; and Amit Banati, our Chief Financial Officer.
, Mich. Kellogg has announced many rearrangements in its managerial order of operations.

Starting with the promotion of Mark Baynes, formerly global chief marketing officer at Kellogg, to vice president and global chief marketing officer, the company has also moved Brad Davidson to the role of senior vice president and president of Kellogg North America; Paul Norman to Kellogg International senior vice president and president;; and John Bryant from executive vice president, chief financial officer and president of Kellogg North America, to the role of chief operating officer. Bunzl appoints Maria Fernanda Mejía as a non-executive director 7:45 am
Bunzl plc (LON:BNZL), the specialist international distribution and services Group, has announced the appointment of Maria Fernanda Mejía as a non-executive director.
Ms Mejía will join the Board with effect from 23 December 2020. She is presently a non-executive director of International Consolidated Airlines Group SA.
Based in the US, Ms Mejía was a Senior Vice President at the Kellogg Company between 2011 and 2019 and President of Kellogg Latin America during the same period. Previously between 1989 and 2011 she held a number of internationally based positions at Colgate-Palmolive in the US, Latin America, Asia and Europe. These included most recently Vice President and General Manager Global Personal Care and Fragrance Development and, prior to that, Vice President Marketing and Innovation, Europe and South Pacific.
