Witnesses reported an “unbelievably sized” explosion caused by burning gas canisters, with 18 fire-fighters needed to extinguish the flames.

Woman gets jail time for impaired driving, theft

Crown attorney Caroline Lacey said that at approximately 9:30 a.m. on June 30, 2020, Blue Hills RCMP responded to a report of a single-vehicle rollover just east of Kemnay. The caller said she saw the driver exit through a side door and start walking toward Brandon. Police caught up with Quewezance along the highway and saw her walking along the side of the road with an ambulance following her, Lacey said.
