Each would be expected to cost several billion dollars, but only one will be selected by the city and its Kanagawa Prefecture.   Yokohama is one of four cities in Japan vying for an IR license from the central government. Three commercial casino concessions have been authorized in Tokyo by Japan’s National Diet.
