Gympie homeowners and sellers near the city centre struck their own gold mine this year, with four of the region’s five biggest property price rises recorded within 10 minutes of the CBD. This expansion of the market helped push the average sale prices of the region’s homes up 3 per cent between September 2019 and September 2020, figures from online property hub CoreLogic reveal. From there they took one patient on to Gympie Hospital with unspecified injuries, but in a stable condition. Shortly after the QAS reported paramedics responded to a call to an “alleged wounding” at a private Cooloola Cove residence at about 4.52pm.
