Boston The Baker-Polito Administration announced today that the federal partnership launched this March to expand COVID-19 vaccine doses in the Boston area has successfully concluded after administering over 301,000 doses. The Federal Emergency and Management Agency (FEMA) and Department of Defense teams at this Community Vaccination Center (CVC) wrapped up their mission on Sunday, May 23. As part of this effort, the Commonwealth received over 6,000 additional doses from the federal government each day to administer at the Hynes Convention Center vaccination site and through mobile clinics.
As part of Dubai Police’s keenness to raise awareness and ensure the safety of community members, individuals were warned about the dangers of using censers (incense burners) on clothes for a long period of time.

UAE authorities have imprisoned two men for violating the precautionary measures aimed at curbing the spread of Covid-19, the Public Prosecution announced on Sunday.
The UAE Federal Emergency, Crisis and Disasters Prosecution ordered the imprisonment of the individuals for flouting quarantine requirements and not wearing masks.
The authority stated that the Abu Dhabi Police monitored a video of two young men entering a shopping mall in the emirate and filming themselves without wearing face masks. They were also wearing smart tracking watches used for those in quarantine and hence “violating the precautionary measures in a boastful manner”, a statement said.

Two men have been jailed in Abu Dhabi, pending an investigation, for reportedly breaches measures put in place to reduce the spread of Covid-19.
Abu Dhabi Police monitored a video of the two men entering a shopping mall in the city. They later filmed themselves inside the mall.
They were not wearing face masks, in breach of protocol. They were also reported to be wearing tracker wristbands, which are issued to people who are required to enter quarantine.
