On Monday Indian equity benchmarks made a gap down opening tracking weakness in global peers amid rising coronavirus cases and fresh lockdowns in some countries. Soon, markets managed to trim some of their losses and are trading lower with the marginal cut. In the afternoon session Indian equity benchmarks erased all gains and traded deep in red, selling appeared in all sectoral indices, both Sensex and Nifty were trading around 45,650and 13,350 levels.
Asian equity benchmarks are trading mixed on Monday, as the investors went cautious amid a resurgence in COVID cases. The coronavirus situation in parts of North Asia such as Japan and South Korea remains severe.

Nestle India Ltd board to announce CY2020 results on Feb 16, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Nestle India Ltd is scheduled on 16/02/2021, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the year ending 31st December 2020.
Consequently, the Company will not be publishing the un-audited financial results for the fourth quarter ending 31st December 2020.
In view of the above, the Trading Window in respect of the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January 2021 to 18th February 2021 (both days inclusive).
Shares of NESTLE INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.18151.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 18347.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4572 in over 1662 trades.

On Tuesday Indian equity benchmarks made a negative start tracking weakness in global peers. Markets are trading lower with the cut of around half a percent due to selling in Oil & Gas, Energy and PSU stocks. In the afternoon session, Indian equity benchmarks managed to cut some of their losses with Sensex and Nifty trading above 46,200 and 13,500 levels.
Asian markets were trading lower on Tuesday, following the mixed cues from Wall Street as optimism about coronavirus vaccines was offset by concerns about the impact of new lockdown measures due to the surging coronavirus cases in the U.S.

On Thursday Indian equity markets made a negative start and are trading lower with the cut of over half percent on sell-off in the global peers. In the afternoon session, the Indian equity benchmarks continued to show a sluggish trend with Sensex and Nifty trading around 45,950 and 13,450 levels.
Asian equity benchmarks are trading mixed on Thursday, in line with the negative cues from Wall Street following a hefty sell-off in tech stocks. Slowing progress of US stimulus talks and a stalemate in Brexit negotiations. While optimism over covid vaccine limited losses in the market.
