MADISON COUNTY, ALABAMA, Ala. Due to concerns over COVID-19, Riverton Intermediate School in Madison County is transitioning to 100% remote learning.
Superintendent Mr. Allen Perkins announced the decision after assessing a number of variables within the school. 100% remote learning starts on December 14 and continues through December 21, when winter break begins.
Teachers will also be available throughout the day (8:30-3:30) to help students with their work via email and Google Meet. Google Meetings will also be scheduled for students to receive direct instruction and live help.
