Steven Encinias was awarded the Inspiration Award at InspirationField s virtual annual banquet Dec. 7.
The award is presented annually to an InspirationField employee who upholds the mission of InspirationField and goes above and beyond to fulfill their everyday duties.
“We are very proud of Steven and all his hard work, Program Supervisor Brian Gauna said. Steven goes above and beyond for the individuals we support, and he is very deserving of this award.”
Throughout the year, employees are nominated by their fellow co-workers for the Employee of the Quarter Award. Each recipient receives a $100 bonus and becomes eligible for the annual Inspiration Award, which comes with a $500 bonus.
