The city said the best bid meeting tender specifications was submitted by C.M.G. Innovation, from Summerstown, at the total bid price of $592,400. The other submitted bid was from Denhall Construction Inc., of Vaughan, near Toronto ($1,167,000). The budget for the work was $600,000.

Shocking footage has resurfaced of a man in western Sydney punching a police officer in the face after being pepper sprayed.
The video, captured outside a travel agent in Merrylands, shows a bearded man being arrested by an officer with several men in the background watching on.
The policeman repeatedly tells the man to get on the ground before spraying him in the face. The man being arrested recoils and then punches the officer in the face before running away.
It s understood the footage, which has gone viral on social media this week, was taken before Sydney was sent into lockdown to combat a worrying Covid outbreak.

CORNWALL, Ontario – 15 artists participated in Art-A-Thon, organized by 125 Pitt Street Studios, held on Pitt Street near First Street on July 31 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Mandy Prevost, one of the organizers of the event, explained this event helps to raise funds and awareness for the 2021 Cornwall Art Walk.
