MITHI: Islamkot police on Thursday night registered another FIR against three security guards of Sindh Engro Coal Mining Company (SECMC) on the charges of brutally beating another worker Ghulam Qadri Khokhar.
Hussain Khokhar, the father of injured Ghulam Qadir had moved in court of the district and sessions judge in Mithi, who ordered the registration of the FIR as per the demand of the complainant.
Mr. Khokhar in his application pleaded that his son along with murdered Dodo Bheel and some other co-workers were also subjected to brutal torture for many days, as result he had also sustained multiple injuries and was under the treatment in Civil Hospital in Mithi.

MITHI: The postmortem report issued by Dr Imran Ali, the medical officer of Rural Health Center of Islamkot has revealed that the body of the Dodo Bheel bore as many as 19 fatal wounds and he died of the festering wounds due to improper and timely treatment of his injuries.
The report said he had sustained a fatal wound that caused his death.
The medical report also exposed the claims of SSP Tharparkar Hassan Sardar Niazi that he never complained of any injury caused to him either by police or by the security gourds of the mining firm
Tax-free AJK budget worth Rs 141,400 million announced

The PML-N led AJK government Tuesday presented a tax-free budget for fiscal year 2021-22 here in the AJK State Legislative Assembly.
The budget provides the development outlay to the tune of Rs 28,000 million which shows 14 percent increase against the current financial year allocations while non development expenditure has been estimated to Rs 113,400 million.
Presenting the budget in the house, Azad Kashmir Finance Minister Dr. Najeeb Naqi said that next financial year’s budget had been prepared after complete financial planning to project maximum financial resources for the overall development of the state.
