Erie County District Attorney John Flynn said his office is handling one of the largest cases, he believes,ever. Five teenagers have been charged with raping two girls last year. There is a 205 count indictment naming the suspects.
There were two incidents.
One involved an 11-year-old girl who was raped inside her home. The DA says some of the suspects broke into her home while she was there alone. When her mother returned, they stole a cell phone and ran.

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) â A grand jury has indicted five teenagers for 205 felony charges including rape, burglary and kidnapping, according to the Erie County District Attorney s Office.
The teens are accused of forcibly entering a home around 8 p.m., on the West Side of Buffalo, in September 2020, and raping and forcibly engaging in sexual conduct with an 11-year-old girl, who was home alone. The suspects ran away when the victimâs mother returned home and allegedly stole a cell phone. The victim was taken to Oishei Childrenâs Hospital, according to officials.

ROCKLAND COUNTY, NY A former county corrections officer faces new charges in an ongoing investigation into criminal activity at the Rockland County jail.
On Thursday, Rockland County District Attorney Tom Walsh announced an additional felony indictment of John Kezek, 35, a former Orange County resident who now lives in Knoxville, Tennessee, was was handed down by a Rockland County Grand Jury late last week.
Kezek, 35, was indicted on Criminal Sexual Act 1st (B felony), Criminal Sexual Act 3rd (E felony) and Official Misconduct (misdemeanor). The charges were based on allegations made by a female victim who came into contact with Kezek while working in his official capacity.
