Woman arrested for Criminal Mischief and Terroristic Threat According to police: Officers were sent to the 1700 block of Rose Street Tuesday night for a report of a woman damaging vehicles. They were flagged down by several people who pointed down the street toward the suspect. They found the woman, later identified as Jami Norwood, walking down the street. An officer activated his lights and Norwood began to scream. She was told to put her hands on the patrol car and she complied, but said she wasn’t going to jail. The officer noted from prior encounters with Norwood that she is a flight risk, so she was detained in handcuffs. Norwood continued to scream about being “tazed” and “raped.”
