A 22 year old faces several charges in connected to a suspected home takeover.
Thunder Bay Police responded to the home on Picton Avenue just before 9:00 a.m. on Thursday.
Officers found a man who wasn’t a tenant of the residence as well as suspected fentanyl, suspected crack cocaine, and paraphernalia consistent with drug trafficking.
The Toronto man faces charges of Possession of Fentanyl for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 and Breach of Probation.

The Dufferin Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged two suspects as a result of a theft investigation at a Shoppers Drug Mart in the Town of Orangeville.
On April 16, 2021, at approximately 8:06 a.m., Dufferin OPP responded to a shoplifting incident at Shoppers Drug Mart. Police received information that a theft of a large quantity of high-end perfume had just occurred and the two suspects had fled the scene.
Officers located and arrested two people in connection with the theft, and recovered approximately $4,980 in stolen merchandise.
