CBK Files Chargesheets Against Man For Using Fake Letter Pad, Forging Signatures Of Ex-CM Omar Abdullah
SRINAGAR: The Crime Branch Kashmir on Monday produced chargesheet against a “self styled” president of the Daily Wagers Union Jammu and Kashmir for allegedly using fake and forged letter pad of the former Chief Minister of erstwhile J&K Omar Abdullah for regularization of the daily wage workers of Rural Development Department. The chargesheet in the case (FIR No. 32/2014) under section 420,468,471 RPC against the accused Ghulam Mohammad Wani of Anzwala Anantnag was filed before the Court of Forest Magistrate Srinagar, officials said.
The case was registered consequent upon a complaint received from Chief Minister’s Secretariat of the erstwhile state, regarding the use of fake and forged letter pad of Omar Abdullah in 2014.

Crime Branch Kashmir Files Chargesheet Against Three For Misusing GST Number
SRINAGAR: The Crime Branch Kashmir on Thursday produced chargesheet against three persons for misusing the GST number of a Sopore resident.
In a statement Crime Branch, Kashmir spokesman said that a chargesheet in a case under FIR number 46 of 2005 under section 420, 468, 471, 120-B RPC was produced before the Court of Special Mobile Magistrate Srinagar 13th Finance, against three accused persons namely Peer Mohammad Amin, Peer Ghulam Rasool sons of Peer Ghulam Ahmad of Dialgam Anantnag Proprietor of Good luck Roadways Company and Ghulam Hassan Magray, son of Abdul Sattar of Lalan Anantnag (Clerk of the Company) for misusing the GST number of complainant Mohammad Afzal Bhat of Sopore.
