OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - A rinse and repeat forecast for Wednesday evening and Thursday! Expect more hot and humid weather for the evening hours with temperatures in the low 90s. Heat index readings could be as warm ad 96 to 97. Skies clear for the overnight, but only slow cooling with lows in the lower 70s. Thursday will likely bring the hottest weather of the week so far, with highs near 96 in the metro. We’ll have just enough humidity to push our heat index readings up to near 100 degrees.
