BluBracket, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based code security company, raised $12m in Series A funding. The round, which brought total funding raised to date to $19.5m, was led by Evolution Equity Partners with participation from existing investors Unusual Ventures, Point72 Ventures, SignalFire and Firebolt Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Karthik Subramanian, partner at Evolution Equity Partners, will join John Vrionis of Unusual Ventures and Jim Zemlin of the Linux Foundation on the BluBracket board of directors.
