Blue Tornado Bounces Back From Tough Loss Friday At Baylor To Prevail, 46-45 Tuesday, February 9, 2021 - by John Hunt
McCallie s Eric Rivers (1) lifted the Blue Tornado to a win Tuesday night over visiting Baylor. Rivers scored 19 points, including a clutch three-pointer with :24 left in the contest. - photo by Dennis Norwood
The McCallie Blue Tornado basketball team played their hearts out at Baylor Friday night, but had an off-night shooting and lost by a 42-33 margin.
These same two teams squared off at McCallie on Tuesday.
The Blue Tornado once again played for all they were worth, but unlike four days earlier, they had better luck shooting and they came out with a win.
