The survey aimed at gauging interest in the bylaw was launched on Oct. 26 and remained open until Dec. 23. A total of 1,457 responses were received by the city, an amount which pleased officials. Landlord, property managers, residents, and tenants were asked a series of questions relating to how they felt about a proposed rental registry system.
