Allotment of Ordinary Shares
THE BIOTECH GROWTH TRUST PLC (the Company ) announces the allotment of 20,000 Ordinary shares of 25p each fully paid from its block listing authority.
These shares were issued today at a price of 1339.75 pence per Ordinary share, which equates to a premium to the estimated ex income net asset value per Ordinary share at the time of transaction of 1%. The ex income net asset value per Ordinary share at the close of business on 25 May 2021 was 1319.52 pence.
Following this issue, the Company has the ability to issue a further 3,580,634 Ordinary shares its block listing facility.

WORLDWIDE HEALTHCARE TRUST PLC (the Company ) announces the allotment of 15,500 Ordinary shares of 25p each fully paid from its block listing authority dated 12 February 2021.
These Ordinary shares were issued today at a price of 3690.00 pence per share, which equates to a premium to the estimated cum income net asset value per Ordinary share at the time of the transaction of 0.9%. The cum income net asset value per Ordinary share at the close of business on 21 May 2021 was 3643.77 pence per share.
Following this issue, the Company has the ability to issue a further 1,093,000 shares under its block listing authority.
