It had been planned to hold the much-anticipated event in the spring, but Covid-19 has led to the decision to move the event to a new date this autumn. Entries for the 12 categories will now be reopened until May 4. Two men have been jailed after a street race saw one of their cars leave the road resulting in life-changing injuries.
Mark Cole, aged 57 and 27-year-old Jordan Powers were racing through the streets of Cannock along the A5 when Powers Volkswagen Scirrocco left the road.

Two drivers have been jailed after an illegal road race ended with a serious crash into a DFS furniture store in Cannock. Stafford Crown Court heard Mark Cole, 57 and Jordan Powers, 27 had been racing along the A5 before a VW Scirocco careered off the road and smashed into the store.
