Sony will no longer shut down PlayStation 3 and Vita stores
This is a big win for game preservation
Sony has reversed its decision to shut down the PlayStation 3 and Vita digital storefronts this summer.
Last month, the company announced that the PS3 and PSP stores would be taken down on July 2nd, followed by the PS Vita marketplace on August 27th.
Now, Sony is only retiring the PSP store on July 2nd, although it should be noted that the majority of those games are available on the PS Vita’s marketplace.
Upon further reflection, however, itâs clear that we made the wrong decision here,” said PlayStation boss Jim Ryan in a blog post of the company’s initial decision to shut down all of these stores. He went on to say that “we see now that many of you are incredibly passionate about being able to continue purchasing classic games on PS3 and PS Vita for the foreseeable future.”

Another Eden Brings a Charming Single Player Experience to PC
Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space is now on PCs, bringing with it all of the charm the game has on mobile devices. While the game remains mostly the same, it offers a new experience for PC players that haven’t yet picked up the mobile version of the game.
Another Eden offers an engrossing single-player story backed with competent writing and a beautiful score. However, it does have some drawbacks as a result of being a gacha game.
The visual style of
Another Eden is vibrant and beautiful. Character models are round and reminiscent of a a style you might have seen in mobile games like
Kingdom Hearts III,
Balan Wonderworld.
Image Arts wasn’t involved so much in the gaming side of things, but the company focused more on the technical bits for Square Enix, having done research and development on “high-end visual expressions” focusing on real-time graphics. Furthermore, most of its core staff consists of members that worked on the 2016 feature film
Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV.
