Now, I can understand wanting to do right by these monkeys. I get it. They re cute and fun, and they seem to be very interested in the humans and the cheetos. but I don t get why this woman would feel the need to up and do this today.
Some things. are just crazy. This is one of those things. Because crazy is as crazy does.

Monkeys spread garbage through access to open bins

Islamabad : The Islamabad Wildlife Management Board (IWMB) has asked Capital Development Authority (CDA) to make newly installed garbage bins at walking trails ‘monkey proof’ otherwise, these would cause more litter in Margalla Hills National Park (MHNP).
According to the details, the social media users widely criticized the installation of garbage bins at walking trails sharing videos and pictures in which monkeys getting access to trash and spreading it all over the forest.
The IWMB also took notice of the situation and shared the concerns with the civic authority that is likely to replace these dustbins with new ones. The IWMB chairperson also shared a video in which a monkey carries shopping bags to the top of tree, making it impossible for staffers to remove them.
Woman Filmed Climbing Into Texas Zoo Enclosure to Hand Feed Monkeys

A woman climbed into the spider monkey enclosure at El Paso Zoo in Texas over the weekend to feed them with her bare hands. Zookeepers say she risked exposing the monkeys to COVID-19 and could have damaged their health by feeding them, as reported by ABC-7.
Mason Kleist, a zookeeper at the El Paso Zoo, told ABC-7 that the woman risked her own safety by entering the monkey enclosure, saying: These are primates we re talking about, they could do some substantial damage to you. They may be small monkeys but they can take you to the ground if they wanted to.
