CAPE TOWN - As taxi violence continues to create fear in the lives of Cape Town residents and commuters, police in Gugulethu are searching for those linked to the latest attack.
Three men were shot and killed and another wounded after brazen gunmen opened fire on a group of people late last week.

The meet was held in the backdrop of the violence following the slaying of an RSS worker near Thiruvananthapuram on Saturday.
As Vijayan reached the meeting venue, apparently on seeing a large contingent of electronic media persons occupying the room, he lost his composure and asked them to leave.
Just as the media persons were coming out, the chief minister asked the staff at the hotel, where the meeting was being held, why members of the fourth estate were allowed inside.

JOHANNESBURG - The latest criminal stats show that seven of the 10 police stations reporting the highest murder rates in the country are in the Western Cape.
Police Minister Bheki Cele released the crime statistics for the last quarter of 2020 at a media briefing on Friday.
Cele saod there has been a 6.6% increase in murders during the last three months of 2020.
