LTUSD offering week of free summer enrichment camps for grades K-12

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - The Lake Tahoe Unified School District (LTUSD) is offering a week of free Summer Enrichment Camps for students in grades K-12 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday-Friday August 9 - 13. All classes/grades will start each day at South Tahoe Middle School. The programs will include hiking, mountain biking, robotics, and other fun activities. Sign up with name and grade to find out the full list of available camps HERE. If interested, one sign-up form per student must be filled out. Transportation and food will be provided. Here is the schedule for bus routes. Just after camps, Academic Jump Start to the school year for incoming grades 1 through 5, 6 and 9 will be held from August 16-20 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.. This program will prepare students for the upcoming school year with a focus on early instruction, study skills, time management, expectations, campus orientation, socialization, and generally gaining confidence and comfort with their new schoo
