The message is clear that teachers across the sister isles would not cease protesting until their demands on the Government are met.
Clad in red and holding several powerfully worded placards, members of the profes-sion were on Friday given added impetus to their march as they were joined by members of their union’s national executive led by President, Jude Bartholomew.
The teachers processed from the Hills-borough Playing Field through the streets of Hillsborough chanting and hooking horns.
They then returned to the playing field where Bartholomew addressed the exer-cise.
