Domestic Violence Order ( DVO ) is a document issued
by a court which orders a person to stop threats or acts of
domestic violence. There are two types of DVOs; a Protection Order
and a Temporary Protection Order. In this article, we will look at
the conditions set by the court in a DVO and the duration of
Protection Orders.
