A Givealittle page has been launched for fundraising to support legal action against Immigration Minister’s decision of lapsing General Visitor Visa applications for partners living offshores.
“We need your funds to back what is in effect a Class Action that impacts thousands of partners of those living in New Zealand,” the page read.

A Kiwi-Indian man has died on Monday night (July 26) at his workplace in Auckland leaving his wife and nine-month-old kid absolutely shattered and distraught.
31-year-old Siddhartha Dasson, originally from Batala, Punjab passed away suddenly during his night shift at BP Weymouth, expectedly leaving the wife Shreejana Kadel, in utter disbelief and shock.
His other day job was in the hospitality industry at The Sebel Quay West Auckland.
Sidharth was married to Shreena – a native of Nepal since 2013 back in India after being in relationship for many years.
