Presensie, 36, was convicted on charges of fraud and money laundering.
He pleaded guilty to the charges, which include theft of more than R500,000.

BEIJING A public legal service network made up of 566,000 platforms serving residents in both urban and rural areas has taken shape in China, the Ministry of Justice said Wednesday.
