Kinzinger: Trump’s refusal to sign relief bill ‘shows the chaos of the whole thing’
Republican Illinois Rep. Adam Kinzinger said Sunday that President Donald Trump’s refusal to sign a $900 billion relief package Congress passed last week and allow critical benefits to lapse for millions of jobless Americans “shows the chaos of the whole thing.”
Kinzinger is one of several members of the President’s party urging him to sign the bill in the final days of his presidency to deliver much-needed aid to Americans ravaged by the coronavirus pandemic.
“We passed it because this was the agreed upon number,” Kinzinger, an outspoken critic of Trump, told CNN’s Dana Bash on “State of the Union” Sunday of the bipartisan package.

Republican Illinois Rep. Rodney Davis asked House Speaker Nancy Pelosi for a vaccination program for essential workers in the U.S. Capitol, CNN reported Tuesday.
Davis wrote Monday that the House should have a vaccine program like those that states, communities and businesses have, according to the letter provided to the Daily Caller News Foundation.
“As an essential branch of government, it is vital that our institution returns to full functionality and that our Members and essential staff are provided a transparent vaccination plan to not only ensure the continuity of operations, but the health and safety of our committed workforce,” Davis wrote.

Sad to see what’s happened to LaHood. He was eminently reasonable when he was in the IL Senate, and his father was always rational as well. Too bad DC made him such a blind partisan. Of course, Bost is… Bost.
Just a question. If the votes were wrong in the Presidential election, then wouldn’t the votes for members of Congress also be incorrect and should be thrown out as well as the votes down the ballot where a lot of Republicans won?
Whelp, tramp did say that the election would be fraudulent unless he won. Since he lost, his prediction must be true.
