It s now a reality with a new Fargo sign in the shape of the state of North Dakota with a heart cutout in the middle. The bright blue sign is hard to miss at the intersection of Fourth Street and Second Avenue North in the Fargo City Hall, Civic Center and library complex.

Mayor Keller gave an update on the latest COVID-19 numbers during a news conference at the Sunport Tuesday morning. Bernalillo County s numbers aren t improving enough to move out of Level Yellow.  “This obviously begs the question of when are we ever going to get to Green, and I ll tell you right now– that could be very difficult under the current criteria,” he said.

Carlsbad s Halagueño Arts Park a home for visual, performance arts

She’s also been around to see the arts park grow – not only in size – but in the amount of public art in the area. “Cougar” by Cynthia Rowland. “Because of the arts park, the area has grown exponentially,” Prather-Stroud says. “Before COVID, we used to have live performances down there and a movies in the park series. We haven’t had anything in awhile. There is a reason that we added the ‘s’ to arts park. We wanted it to be a home for visual arts and performance arts. The park has become a fabric of our lives.”
