New Avenues at Shadow Green come without compromise

Someone buying an attainably priced new home in Williamson County might expect to make compromises and give up features like hardwood floors, quartz countertops or stainless appliances, but they don’t have to.
At the new Avenues at Shadow Green, those amenities come standard. So does a starting price of $255,990 for a one-bedroom condo flat. A two-bedroom condo is $355,990.
“They’re brand new and affordable,” said Realtor Lisa Culp Taylor, who leads the LCT Team at Parks real estate company.
Goodall Homes is building The Avenues at Shadow Green in phases. The community will have 160 condo flats in 10 buildings, each with six one-bedroom flats and 10 two-bedroom units. The buildings have elevators.
Goodall expands community offerings in Gallatin

Sumner County’s newest master-planned community, being launched by Goodall Homes in Gallatin, will feature single-family homes as well as townhomes that appeal to homeowners looking for a low-maintenance lock-and-leave lifestyle.
Kensington Downs is expected to have 100 townhomes and 200 single-family homes. The first townhomes will be available this spring. Single-family homes should be available by the end of the year or early 2022. The sales center is located at 135 Grandstand Blvd.
“Townhomes are able to serve a severely underserved market. An affordable home that’s brand new and located in a great community. It also allows people to enjoy the benefits owning a home without all the maintenance they often don’t want,” said Laura May, division sales manager for Goodall Homes.
