“For instance, we have six young lads from Halesowen who went to Krakow in Poland so that the could have a lads weekend away and when they got to their hotel, which had been booked by a reputable company, the building as there for sure but it was no longer a hotel.
“It was a doctors surgery.
“So when they got back they complained to the company but got absolutely nowhere until they came to us.
“I can t tell you how valuable those three words ‘rip off Britain’ are when someone has got a problem, because we usually, with he influence we have got, we do manage to sort them out. “
